Candidates receive clear information about the role, documents and conditions before starting. Companies receive the right cooperation model and one responsible operational partner.
EASYJOB and EU.JOB do not provide the same service under two names. They differ in how work is organised and where responsibility lies.
EASYJOBtemporary employment agency
The worker joins a user employer.
EASYJOB recruits, employs and assigns a worker to a specific user employer. EASYJOB signs the agreement, keeps employee records and settles remuneration.
The plant organises the workstation, schedule and daily duties. This model suits companies that need extra staff while retaining daily management.
EU.JOB delivers an agreed service or part of a process. We select the team, appoint coordination and organise the work instead of merely providing people.
The client defines the need and expected result; we take responsibility for the team, supervision and continuity.
Rates are for information only. Final conditions are confirmed by the recruiter before the process begins.
For candidates

We explain the conditions, required documents, workplace, accommodation and every step before employment begins.

2

We check the passport, residence status, work entitlement and validity dates, and explain what is still required.
3

The candidate receives coordinator support with organisational, document and communication matters.
For employers
How does client cooperation work?
We begin by understanding the company’s real demand. Recruiting individual workers requires a different model from preparing a team for a defined process.
Client service process
1. Demand analysis
We agree headcount, roles or service scope, shifts, qualifications, location and expected duration.
2. Cooperation model
We select temporary recruitment or define the scope, supervision and reporting for an outsourced service.
3. Team and documentation
We prepare the team, verify work eligibility and complete the formalities required for safe onboarding.
4. Coordination and support
We stay in contact, respond to changing demand and maintain communication and delivery continuity.

Do I need previous experience or knowledge of Polish?+
It depends on the role. Some positions include on-site training and do not require previous experience. Others require specific skills, shift availability or communication in Polish, English, Spanish or Indonesian. The recruiter confirms these requirements before presenting an offer. Not speaking Polish does not automatically exclude you; it depends on the role, team and safety rules at the workplace.
How can I know what I will actually do in the role?+
A job title alone is not enough. During the interview we explain the department, typical duties, shift system, workplace conditions and any physical or language requirements. If the exact department is assigned later, we say so clearly before you travel or sign documents.
What are the accommodation and commute really like?+
Before you move, we confirm the town, accommodation cost, expected number of people per room, distance from the workplace and daily transport arrangements. Conditions differ between projects. Requests to live with a partner or friend must be reported before arrival and depend on availability.
What if my visa, residence card or work permit is about to expire?+
Tell the recruiter immediately and send the documents for verification before a start date is agreed. We check residence status, work entitlement and validity dates, then explain what is missing. Sending documents alone does not mean that work may begin.
Who will help me after I start work?+
A coordinator handles day-to-day organisational matters, while contract, document and payroll questions are directed to the appropriate administration team. Before starting, you receive the relevant contacts and clear information about where to report each type of issue.
